Company History Julian and Paul were both Civil
Engineering undergraduates at Portsmouth University in the 90's. They suffered, as
student tenants often do, from poor quality accommodation, indifferent
landlords and little help or advice.
Since starting their careers in
the construction industry they have acquired a number of properties in Southsea
to convert to Student Lets. They have redecorated and fitted them out to
the high standard that students and their families expect.
We look forward to receiving
feedback from our tenants, as that is the best way to sort out any problems -
like taps that leak; and to make plans to improve the properties - such as
upgrading carpets and furniture. After all you are the users, and our aim
is to make your life as comfortable and trouble free as possible.
The Partners

Julian LLoyd |
Julian was a Civil engineering student at
Portsmouth University in the early 1990's. He has a background in
construction, but has worked full time for Southsea Estates since 2002.
Julian is soon to be married and is charged with looking after the company
dog, a boxer called Mia.
Julian is the public face of Southsea
Estates, undertaking rent collection and building maintenance for the
business. He works full time in Southsea and is hence available most
working days should you have any maintenance issues.

Paul Marjoram |
Paul was also a Civil Engineering student at
Portsmouth University, where he and Julian met. He works as a manager for
a local Civil Engineering firm and lives in Southsea with his wife and two
children. When he is not working, you will see Paul falling of his
windsurfer along Southsea Seafront.
Paul's role within Southsea Estates is to
act as backup for the Julian's services and formulating strategy for the
business. He also collates and checks the monthly rental payments when
they are due.

Mike Marjoram |
Mike is Paul's dad. He is a retired mechanical engineer who is based in
Chichester with his wife. He enjoys travelling and clay pigeon shooting in
his spare time (of which he has lots).
He maintains Southsea Estates financial records and acts as Holiday
relief when Julian and Paul are unavailable

Mike Lloyd |
Mike is Julian's dad. He is a college lecturer based in Trowbridge with his wife and foster children. Mike is an active member of Mensa, which probably means he is too clever for his own good.
Mike is Southsea Estates web master and employment expert.

Mia |
Mia is the feminine side of Southsea Estates. She is Southsea Estates shortest partner dealing with high finance, forward planning and sniffing tenants ankles. She lives in Southsea with Julian and enjoys walking, running (mostly in circles), licking and scratching.
